Effective 21 October 2026
Terms of use
- 021 is free and provided as it is, while it's being built.
- You own your data. You're responsible for the keys you connect.
- Don't misuse it, and don't rely on it as your only copy of anything.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
These terms apply to this website (021.au) and the 021 dashboard (together, “021”), run by 021. By using 021 you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
The service
021 is a dashboard for running your own software projects: it shows data you enter and data synced from services you connect, and offers an interface your own AI tools can use. It is free, offered by invitation while it's developed, and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service; if we end it, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can take your data with you.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account, including anything done by AI tools you give a token to. Keep your tokens private and revoke any you no longer use.
Your content and data
You keep all rights in the content you create and the data you sync. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run 021 for you. Don't put anything into 021 you don't have the right to use.
Connected services and keys
When you connect a service, you authorise 021 to access it with the key or permission you provide, within that service's own terms. You're responsible for choosing what access to grant; give the narrowest access the integration asks for. We aren't responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that stop a sync from working.
The feed
“What's new” links to content published by others: titles, short excerpts and links back to the original source. That content belongs to its publishers, and its accuracy is their responsibility. Figures such as model prices and release versions are shown as the source lists them and may be out of date.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access other users' data or break the service's security.
- Don't use 021 to break the law or another service's terms.
- Don't overload the service, or scrape or resell it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
021 is provided “as is”. Numbers in the dashboard come from your connected services and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; check the source before you make decisions that matter. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of 021. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using 021 at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@021.au.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
